The questions we get asked most often

Honestly? Late November through March is primo time. The nights are longer and darker, which means more aurora action. We've seen some absolutely wild displays in January and February. Can't guarantee Mother Nature, but we've got a pretty solid track record up here.

Not gonna sugarcoat it - winter temps can hit -30°C to -40°C. But here's the thing: we've got all the gear you need, the lodge is toasty warm, and there's something kinda magical about experiencing real arctic cold. Plus, our hot springs feel AMAZING when it's that chilly out.

Yep! We can pick you up from Yellowknife Airport. Just mention it when you're booking and we'll sort out the details. Takes about 15 minutes to get here, and the drive's actually pretty scenic.

Your room comes with breakfast, Wi-Fi (yeah, we've got internet this far north!), access to the hot springs, and all the cozy amenities you'd expect from a luxury spot. Adventures and restaurant meals are separate, but we can bundle stuff together if that works better for you.

Absolutely! Our chef's really good about working with different dietary needs - vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies, whatever you've got. Just give us a heads up when you book so we can prep properly.
